About Level Once Again

Level Once Again is a trick-level escape puzzle. Each stage looks simple until the rule flips: buttons lie, walls move, and the exit hides in plain sight.

You push, jump, and experiment your way out. Hints exist for genuine walls, and every stage restarts instantly with R, so testing a bad idea costs nothing.

How to Play Level Once Again

Move with the arrow keys or A and D; jump with Space, W, or Up.

Press R to restart the current stage at any moment.

Press H for a hint when a stage truly stumps you.

Pause with Esc or P, and mute with M.

Gamepad and mobile on-screen buttons mirror the same controls.

Tips & Strategies

  • Distrust the obvious If the exit looks free, the trick is next to it. Test the walls and the buttons before walking out.
  • Use hints late Try three ideas first. Hints teach the twist rather than solving the level for you.
  • Flip the assumption When stuck, do the opposite of the obvious move. Most stages are built on exactly one reversal.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am stuck — what now?

Restart with R and try the opposite of the obvious move. Hints teach the stage's twist if that fails.

How long is a level?

Seconds once you see the trick, though finding it can take a few minutes.

Does it work with a gamepad?

Yes. A jump, hint, restart, and pause are mapped to gamepad buttons.
