About Timber Squirrel

A small squirrel with a big set of puzzles awaits in Timber Squirrel. This is a thinking game first and foremost: each level is a compact challenge where every step counts, and your task is to guide the squirrel through it. Some stages click into place quickly, others need a few tries, and the fun is in working out why. The controls are clearly laid out. On a desktop, move with the arrow keys or W, A, S, D. If a move goes wrong, Z undoes it; R restarts the level, L opens the level menu, and H calls up a hint when you are truly stuck. On a phone or tablet, swipe to move and tap the on-screen buttons for undo, restart and hint. Those undo and hint tools make the game welcoming for careful thinkers of any age. Nothing is lost by experimenting, so trying a risky route costs nothing but a keystroke. With short levels and gentle difficulty, it suits both a quick break and a longer sitting, and each solved stage brings the quiet pleasure of a plan that worked.
