Sokoban Master is the box-pushing puzzle in its purest form: one keeper, a handful of crates, and targets that need perfect planning. Boxes can be pushed but never pulled, so every move is a commitment.
Corridors trap careless pushes and corners swallow boxes whole. That is the entire game, and it is enough.
How to Play Sokoban Master
Move with the Arrow keys or WASD on desktop, or tap the board and use the on-screen D-pad on mobile.
Walk into a box to push it one square; you can never pull it back.
Push every box onto a marked target to clear the warehouse.
Press Z to undo a move and test an idea without losing the board.
Later warehouses stack several boxes into tight dances where the order of pushes matters more than the pushes themselves.
Tips & Strategies
- Plan the last pushes first. Work backward from the targets before your first shove — the final position of a box decides every push before it.
- Corners are final. A box in a corner can only move if its target is in that corner. Never push one there to get it out of the way.
- Undo is a tool, not a failure. Use Z freely to test a route. Reading a puzzle by trying it is faster than reading it in your head.

Undo to the point where the board still had options, then plan backward from the targets. A box that can only move one way is already committed.
How long does a puzzle take?
Three to fifteen minutes. The hard ones take longer because they need thought, not because they need speed.
