Games on PlayFennec are licensed from their respective developers through official distribution partnerships, or created in-house. All games remain the property of their owners. You may not copy, redistribute, embed or monetize any game outside this site without the owner's permission.

3. Advertisements

The site is funded by advertising. Ads are labeled and never required for core play; rewarded video is always optional and user-initiated. Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

4. No warranty

The site and its games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, game compatibility with every device, or preservation of locally stored scores.

5. Limitation of liability
