About American Truck Racing Simulator
American Truck Racing Simulator is rig racing, not delivery driving: eighteen wheels, nitro, and tight chicanes where a clean line beats sliding through every checkpoint.
The handling mixes sim weight with arcade mercy, so the trucks turn — but never while you are braking.
How to Play American Truck Racing Simulator
Accelerate with W or Up, brake with S or Down, steer with A and D or the Arrow keys.
Fire nitro with Space or Shift — on the exit of a corner, never on the way in.
Brake before the corner, then power out; a truck that is still braking will not turn.
Pass every checkpoint on the lap, since missing one does not count the lap.
Press P or Esc to pause; on mobile use the on-screen buttons or enable Auto Gas to steer only.
Tips & Strategies
- Brake before corners. Trucks do not turn under braking. Slow early and get back on the throttle at the apex.
- Own the inside. When trucks bunch at a chicane, take the inside line — the outside truck has to lift.
- Nitro on exits only. Saving boost for the exit straight where all wheels grip is worth more than a long burn on a curve.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use nitro best?
Save it for exit straights. Using it mid-corner just pushes the rig wide into the barrier.
How long is a race?
Two to six minutes, which makes a rematch after a crash very easy to justify.
Is American Truck Racing Simulator free?
Yes — free in your browser on PlayFennec, no signup or download.
