About Witchy
Witchy is a retro shoot 'em up: a tiny witch on a broomstick blasts ghouls and dodges black-cat crossfire across a pixel haunted sky.
Patterns are tight but learnable, and bombs are scarce — the difference between a good run and a short one is whether you spent pumpkin bombs on a screen-filling spiral or on a single ghost.
How to Play Witchy
Move with the arrow keys or WASD; hold A, Z or Space to fire, and B or X to bomb.
Press P or Esc to pause, and use the Options menu to switch to WASD.
On mobile, use the D-pad to move, hold A to fire and B to bomb; gamepads are supported.
Beat each boss's three-move loop to clear the sky.
Tips & Strategies
- Circle-strafe bat clusters Orbit a cluster instead of flying through its middle — the centre is where the crossfire converges.
- Bombs for spirals only Save pumpkin bombs for screen-filling bat spirals; spending one on a single ghost leaves you empty later.
- Hug the bottom During crossfire waves, stay low and dart up only to grab falling candy power.
